Между компанией Доктор («Поставщик») и обществом с ограниченной ответственностью Звезда («Покупатель») 24 марта 2015 года заключен Договор поставки № 1/24.03.15 (далее – «Договор»).
Указанный договор был заключен в результате проведения открытых биржевых торгов на АО «Универсал» на основании итогового протокола биржевых сделок по коммерческим торгам № 2/24.03.2015 от 24 марта 2015 года.
В соответствии с Договором Поставщик обязуется передать Товар, а Покупатель обязуется принять и оплатить Товар в порядке и сроки, указанные в Договоре.
Согласно требованиям раздела 5 Договора поставки № 2/24.03.2015 от 24 марта 2015 года оплата по настоящему Договору осуществляется покупателем частями (рассрочка платежа) в размере 17 842 (семнадцать тысяч восемьсот сорок два) рубля 00 коп. без НДС путем перечисления денежных средств на счет Поставщика.
Покупатель исполнил принятые на себя обязательства в части оплаты товара, что подтверждается поручениями на оплату биржевого товара.
