We will need: 1. 500ml. milk 2. 2 eggs 3. 1 Cup flour 4. 3 tbsp sunflower oil 5. salt a pinch 6. sugar 1 tbsp I do everything on my eyes, the dough should be a normal consistency for pancakes.
Mix the eggs, salt, sugar. Stir. Add half the milk and flour. Stir. The dough as for pancakes, and there are no lumps. Add the remaining milk and stir.Add the sunflower oil, stir.Bon appetit!!!

You need:
3 Eggs separated
¼ Cup melted butter
¾ Cup ricotta cheese
¼ Cup flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
¼ Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon grated lemon peel

In a bowl beat egg whites with mixer until stiff peaks form; set aside.

Combine egg yolks, butter, ricotta cheese, flour, sugar, salt and lemon peel; beat well.

Fold cheese mixture into beaten egg whites; mix until batter is free of white streaks.

Spoon ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto lightly greased medium hot griddle.

Cook pancakes about 1 ½ minutes; turn over and cook other side about 1 minute.
