I think it's better to be a participant of sports than a spectator, sports help to strengthen health. Imagine how you run first in competitions and win. A lot of emotions! I'm a sports person and I like to go in for sports. The winners are awarded with the letter and encouraged. You always have to go for your dream. As in Mozart's famous music "Requiem for a Dream"
But we must also lose, the main thing is not victory, but participation.
I believe that everyone should be athletic, and not sit at home in front of the TV.
I love sports.
