1) Yes she does, she likes her job .I think so because while this dialogue she was telling about her children , about those types of tasks that she makes with them all the time with kindness , patience. Also she told about her teacher at school , there werent any bad words about her . As we see she just thankfull to her for the encouragement while her studying.
2)No, she isnt . She is not a very strict teacher. She belives that education doesnt means just filling minds of students with information , but that is also means to light the fire of their enthusiasm.
3)She with her students read a lot of poems, but also she encoureges her students to write poems by themselves . Then they publish this porms on their school website.In such a way she makes them enthusiastic about her subject.
