Germany's (bad) robber was given a one year suspended after a judge(feel) sorry for him. The court was told how Marko N. (wait) outside the bank for free hours trying to get over his nerves. Then he ran into the bank with a wooly hat over his face. Unfortunately, he (not can)see anything. He took off the hat in front of the security camera and demanded money from the cashier.
