On this picture I see a winter (blizzard or deep snow). Most likely it is a snowy January. The action takes place on a typical street. People dressed in warm clothes: hats, scarves, jackets, winter shoes. I think people on this picture middle age.
Because their clothes are n't like kids clothes. I guess that they want to quickly get to the warm and cozy home. Cause it is really cold and freeze outside. As for me, I like to sit in such weather in the home, drinking tea under a blanket and look out the window
